When to Arrive Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for your spa treatment. This will allow our reception staff enough time to check in and complete the appropriate information before your treatment. A late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other guests.
What to Wear If you are having any type of body work treatment, it is your choice whether to disrobe entirely, leave your undergarments on or simply wear a bathing suit. Keep in mind, our professional therapists provide draping to ensure your privacy. The Spa will provide you with a robe and sandals for your comfort between treatments.
Jewelry For your comfort during all spa services, your therapist may ask you to remove all jewelry. To avoid forgetting your valuables, we recommend you leave all jewelry in your guest locker or at home. The Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Cancellation We require 48 hours notice for all one hour services. If we are not given enough notice the service amount will be charged to your account. However, if we are able to fill the appointment time, you will not be billed.
Corporate Gifts and Incentives The Spa Simply Skin invites you to join other corporations who reward their staff with our executive treatments. Facials, manicures, pedicures, spa body treatments, and massage therapy are excellent staff performance incentives. We recommend these treatments to boost productivity and morale.
